Job Title: Director of Group Reporting
Location: London
Eton Bridge Partners has been retained by a rapidly growing, private equity-backed international data centre developer to appoint an ambitious Director of Financial Reporting who is tracking to be a future CFO.
Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, this is a pivotal leadership role with responsibility for shaping and leading a best-in-class finance function. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of financial reporting and the period-end close process, strengthen the control environment and drive finance transformation initiatives through automation, process optimisation & systems enhancement. This role will be instrumental in enhancing reporting quality, operational efficiency and forecasting accuracy as the business continues its ambitious growth trajectory.
Working closely with stakeholders across finance, operations, procurement and HR, the role will play a key part in ensuring robust financial governance, scalable processes and high-quality decision-making as the business continues its growth journey.

Candidate Profile:
- Commercially minded, with a strong ownership mentality and a proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Ambitious and career driven, aspiring to be a future CFO
- Proven experience leading Financial Control, Controllership, Close & Consolidation
- Strong technical accounting expertise with extensive audit and financial reporting experience
- Demonstrable track record of enhancing financial controls, governance and reporting processes
- Experience driving finance transformation, automation and process improvement initiatives
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to build, develop and retain high-performing teams
- A collaborative and engaging leader who can drive accountability, continuous improvement and operational excellence across the organisation
