Role Mission
This is a high-trust role working directly with the founder—one of the most visible entrepreneurs and media personalities in the world. Your mission:
Build and run a world-class founder communications programme that:
- Strengthens his reputation.
- Expands his international influence.
- Ensures he is exceptionally prepared for every interview, stage, partnership, and public moment.
The role sits at the intersection of:
- Traditional media relations.
- Founder communications.
- Reputation management.
- Modern creator-led influence.
You’ll act as the day-to-day comms lead for the founder, owning:
- Media strategy and profile-building across business, technology, entrepreneurship, and culture.
- Briefing and preparation for all external moments.
- Reputation and issues management.
- Developing opportunities from his network, travel, and partnerships.
- Maintaining systems that coordinate activities with the Chief of Staff, internal teams, agencies, and external partners, often at speed and under pressure.
