Director of Founder Communications

Company: Steven.com Reporting To: Global VP of Communications, Steven.com (with close partnership with the Chief of Staff) Location: London, with international travel as required

Role Mission

This is a high-trust role, working in tandem with the founder – one of the most visible entrepreneurs and media personalities globally.

Your mission:

  • Build and run a world-class founder communications programme that:
    • Strengthens his reputation.
    • Expands his international influence.
    • Ensures flawless preparation for every public moment.

You’ll sit at the intersection of traditional media relations, founder communications, reputation management, and creator-led influence.

Key responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day comms lead for the founder.
  • Media strategy and profile-building (business, tech, entrepreneurship, and culture).
  • Briefing and preparation for every external interaction, including:
    • Interviews.
    • Keynotes.
    • Partnerships.
  • Reputation and issues management.
  • Leveraging opportunities from his network, travel, and partnerships.
  • Coordination across:
    • Chief of Staff.
    • Internal teams.
    • Agencies.
    • External partners – often at pace, under pressure.
