Director of Front Office – Stunning Caribbean Location
Location: Caribbean
Package: Competitive base salary + gratuities + accommodation allowance + relocation
Frontier Recruitment is partnering with a luxury five-star resort in the Caribbean to recruit an experienced Director of Front Office.
This is an opportunity for a passionate hospitality leader who thrives on delivering exceptional guest experiences while leading and developing high-performing teams. You'll oversee all Front Office operations, ensuring every guest journey is seamless from arrival through to departure.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading all Front Office operations, including Front Desk, Concierge, Bell Services, Guest Experience and Butler operations
- Driving luxury service standards and creating memorable guest experiences
- Coaching, mentoring and developing a large, multicultural team
- Working closely with Housekeeping, Reservations and other operational departments
- Managing staffing, scheduling, service delivery and operational performance
- Monitoring guest feedback and implementing continuous improvements
- Supporting revenue opportunities through upselling and operational excellence

What we're looking for:
- Previous experience as a Director of Front Office, Assistant Director of Front Office or similar senior leadership role
- Luxury resort or five-star hotel experience
- Strong leadership and people development skills
- Experience working within multicultural teams
- Knowledge of Opera Cloud or a similar PMS
- Resort or island experience would be highly advantageous
