Director of Front Office – Stunning Caribbean Location

Location: Caribbean

Package: Competitive base salary + gratuities + accommodation allowance + relocation


Frontier Recruitment is partnering with a luxury five-star resort in the Caribbean to recruit an experienced Director of Front Office.


This is an opportunity for a passionate hospitality leader who thrives on delivering exceptional guest experiences while leading and developing high-performing teams. You'll oversee all Front Office operations, ensuring every guest journey is seamless from arrival through to departure.

What you'll be doing:

  • Leading all Front Office operations, including Front Desk, Concierge, Bell Services, Guest Experience and Butler operations
  • Driving luxury service standards and creating memorable guest experiences
  • Coaching, mentoring and developing a large, multicultural team
  • Working closely with Housekeeping, Reservations and other operational departments
  • Managing staffing, scheduling, service delivery and operational performance
  • Monitoring guest feedback and implementing continuous improvements
  • Supporting revenue opportunities through upselling and operational excellence

What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience as a Director of Front Office, Assistant Director of Front Office or similar senior leadership role
  • Luxury resort or five-star hotel experience
  • Strong leadership and people development skills
  • Experience working within multicultural teams
  • Knowledge of Opera Cloud or a similar PMS
  • Resort or island experience would be highly advantageous
