We are growing rapidly and building the strongest partner ecosystem in the industry. To support our next stage of growth, we are seeking an exceptional Director of Global Partners to lead partner strategy and execution worldwide — spanning AMER, EMEA, and APAC.
As Director of Global Partners, you will own the partner business across all regions — driving revenue growth, pipeline creation, and customer success through our worldwide ecosystem of solution, technology, and agency partners. You will be responsible for developing and executing the global partner strategy, building high-impact partner relationships, and enabling our sales teams to maximize partner-sourced opportunities at a global scale.

This is a strategic leadership role that requires both strategic vision and hands-on execution, working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to ensure our partners are a true extension of the Storyblok GTM motion worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
- Own the global partner strategy and execution plan to drive pipeline and revenue growth across all regions (AMER, EMEA, APAC).
- Define and evolve the global partner program, including tiering, incentives, and enablement frameworks that scale across markets.
- Identify and prioritize strategic partners (solution providers, digital agencies, and system integrators) aligned with Storyblok's target account approach globally.
- Represent the global partner business in executive leadership discussions, influencing investment, enablement, and program direction.
- Align regional partner teams and strategies to ensure a consistent, cohesive global partner motion.
Revenue & Pipeline Generation
- Achieve and exceed partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and revenue targets globally.
- Develop joint business plans with top global partners, including shared revenue goals, marketing activities, and solution development.
- Partner with regional and global sales leaders to ensure partner engagement in all key opportunities and accounts.
- Identify whitespace opportunities across geographies and develop strategies to expand partner-led growth.
Partner Recruitment & Enablement
- Recruit new high-value partners globally that can deliver against our enterprise and mid-market growth objectives across all markets.
- Enable partners on Storyblok's value proposition, product capabilities, and sales motions to drive adoption and advocacy at scale.
- Ensure partners have access to the right tools, resources, and incentives to succeed — globally and locally.
- Build and maintain a global partner enablement curriculum in collaboration with Marketing and Product.
People Management & Team Growth
- Lead, coach, and develop a globally distributed team of Partner Managers and regional Partner leads, setting clear goals and driving high performance.
- Provide ongoing mentoring and career development to build a high-performing, engaged team across time zones.
- Partner with leadership to define future headcount plans and strategically scale the global partner team in line with business growth.
- Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and results-driven culture across all regions.
Relationship Management
- Build executive-level relationships with partner leadership teams globally to drive commitment and joint growth.
- Serve as the primary point of escalation for partner-related matters across all regions.
- Champion partner success stories and advocate for partners internally.
- Represent Storyblok at global partner events, industry conferences, and key customer engagements.

Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in partner management, channel sales, or alliances within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of building and scaling partner programs and delivering partner-sourced revenue growth on a global scale.
- Experience leading and developing distributed, cross-regional teams.
- Strong network of agency, system integrator, and technology partners in the digital experience / CMS / e-commerce space (preferred).
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate global vision into executable, regionally-relevant go-to-market plans.
- Excellent relationship-building skills at all levels, including C-suite and executive stakeholders across cultures.
- Experience collaborating with direct sales teams in a target account model across multiple regions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first, global environment and manage across time zones.

U.S. Base Salary Range: $132,100 - $205,000
At Storyblok, we are committed to equitable compensation and pay transparency. We consider many factors when it comes to compensation, such as the scope of the role, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Our base salary ranges are determined by job and job level and are benchmarked to relevant location and industry data. The range displayed represents the target US base compensation range within which we are hiring for this role. For some roles Storyblok also offers a competitive commission structure.
