The Opportunity
As the Director of Information Security GRC, you'll report directly to the VP of Information Security and become a key member of the cybersecurity leadership team. You'll lead the organisation's enterprise-wide Governance, Risk & Compliance strategy, partnering with Executive Leadership, Legal, Internal Audit, Procurement, HR and Technology teams to strengthen cyber resilience and embed security across a large, complex international business.
This is a highly visible leadership role where you'll influence business decisions at executive level while driving strategic transformation across multiple countries.
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Built or significantly transformed an enterprise Information Security GRC functions
- Worked within large multinational or global organisations
- Led Governance, Risk & Compliance programmes across multiple countries
- Strong executive presence with experience influencing C-Level stakeholders and Boards
- Deep knowledge of Information Security Governance and Enterprise Risk
- Experience with
- ISO 27001
- NIST / NIST CSF
- PCI DSS
- Enterprise Risk Frameworks
- Security Governance
- Regulatory Compliance
- Internal & External Audits
- Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM)
