Director of Streaming Product and Growth Leeds, 3 days per week. Salary up to £160,000 plus bonus. This is an opportunity to shape the future of a major UK digital platform as it accelerates its transition from a traditional model to a digitally led, subscription-first business. You will take ownership of a high-profile streaming product, driving commercial growth, shaping the proposition, and influencing strategy at the highest levels of the organisation. The Company They are a well-established UK media organisation undergoing significant digital transformation. With a clear ambition to grow their streaming offering and increase digital revenue, they are investing in building a scalable, customer-first subscription business. Operating at the intersection of content, product, and data, they are focused on creating engaging digital experiences and unlocking new growth opportunities. The Role Own the commercial strategy for a subscription-based streaming product, driving revenue growth and improving P and L performance Define and deliver the commercial roadmap, including pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategy Lead cross-functional teams across product, marketing, analytics, finance, and editorial to execute growth plans Develop and optimise subscription mechanics, including acquisition, retention, and churn reduction strategies Use data and insight to inform decision making, customer segmentation, and performance optimisation Influence senior stakeholders across the organisation, including C-suite, to align on strategy and delivery Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and product enhancements to drive long-term growth Your Skills and Experience Strong commercial leadership experience within digital or subscription-led businesses Proven ability to own and improve P and L performance in a growth environment Deep understanding of subscription models, including pricing, churn management, and revenue forecasting Experience working across multiple functions, aligning teams without direct authority Confident stakeholder management, with the ability to influence senior leadership Background in industries such as streaming, media, gaming, telecoms, or other subscription-driven sectors Broad, generalist mindset with exposure to marketing, product, and analytics rather than a narrow specialism What They Offer Opportunity to play a key role in a large-scale digital transformation High visibility position with exposure to senior leadership and strategic decision making Scope to build and shape a growing digital function How to Apply If you are a commercially driven leader with experience in digital growth and subscription strategy, apply now to learn more.
