Director of Growth / Head of Growth- Consumer Services

Package: Salary circa £130,000 to £150,000 Performance related bonus Benefits and equity opportunity

Location: Bristol. Hybrid working- 3 days per week in the office.

A high growth, consumer focused business is looking to appoint a Head of Growth to scale a rapidly expanding business offering. This is a senior, P&L accountable role focused on driving the next phase of growth within a well established national brand. The business has grown quickly and now requires a commercially driven leader to maintain momentum and unlock further opportunity.

The role:

You will take ownership of growth across a consumer services product suite. You will be responsible for increasing demand, improving conversion, and driving repeat customer usage across the full journey.

Key responsibilies: Own and grow the P&L with a focus on revenue, bookings and customer value. Drive customer acquisition across digital and offline channels. Improve conversion through the online journey and booking experience. Shape pricing, promotion and overall proposition. Build CRM and lifecycle activity to increase repeat usage. Lead a cross functional team across marketing, digital and product. Identify and execute new growth opportunities.

What we are looking for: You will be a commercially focused growth leader with a track record of delivering measurable results, with experience in:

Ownership of a consumer P&L with clear evidence ofgrowth. Strong background in consumer marketing and digital channels. Experience improving customer journeys and conversion. Ability to operate across the full funnel from acquisition through to repeat revenue. Hands on, delivery focused approach. Experience operating in fast growth or evolving environments. Credibility working with senior stakeholders.
