About the Role
We are looking for a strategic and execution-oriented Director of Growth Marketing to lead and scale our global growth engine. This role is responsible for driving pipeline growth, marketing operations, digital performance, and AI-enabled marketing transformation across the organization.
The ideal candidate combines strong B2B demand generation expertise with operational rigor, analytical thinking, and a modern AI-first mindset. They understand how to build scalable growth infrastructure, optimize performance across the funnel, and align marketing directly to revenue outcomes.
This role partners closely with Sales, RevOps, Product Marketing, and Executive Leadership to drive measurable business impact.

- Lead global growth marketing strategy focused on pipeline generation, conversion, and revenue impact
- Drive scalable inbound and outbound demand generation programs across digital channels
- Own marketing operations, automation, attribution, analytics, and funnel optimization
- Lead AI implementation across the marketing organization to improve scalability, efficiency, and performance
- Own website growth strategy including conversion optimization, SEO, and digital experience
- Build and lead a high-performing, data-driven growth marketing organization
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in B2B technology marketing with strong expertise in growth marketing and demand generation
- Proven track record of driving measurable pipeline growth and marketing performance
- Deep understanding of marketing operations, automation, analytics, and funnel optimization
- Experience implementing AI tools and workflows across marketing organizations
- Familiarity with enterprise sales environments and complex B2B buying cycles
- Experience scaling growth infrastructure in high-growth global organizations
- Strong analytical, operational, and leadership capabilities
- Ability to operate strategically while remaining highly execution-oriented
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
