About the Role
Join a global leader in buildings and infrastructure solutions as a Director in the North West Health & Safety division leading a regional service line specialising in Health & Safety Consultancy and CDM/Principal Designer work. As Director of Health, Safety & Quality, you will lead a growing team, lead safety programmes for major clients, and oversee the financial aspects of running a division.

Requirements
- A balance of both technical and commercial skills
- Experience working in a leadership role, ideally within a consultancy environment – whether that be as a Team Lead, Associate, or Director
- Technical knowledge with experience leading on major projects
- Hold the necessary qualifications expected at Director level across IOSH and APS alongside a safety, construction, or design degree
Stakeholder Engagement
- Work in partnership with complex clients across every sector in the built environment, infrastructure, and the energy sector
- Develop relationships with existing accounts
- Look at other potential revenue growth opportunities
