Director of Implementation
We’re looking for a Director of Implementation to join our team in Bradford on a permanent basis. This is a hybrid role, with two days in the office and three days working remotely each week.
This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for a seasoned Enterprise Systems leader with a proven track record of driving large-scale ERP transformation programmes within consulting, professional services, systems integration, or technology-led organisations.
As Director of Enterprise Systems, you will lead the strategy, governance, delivery, and continuous optimisation of our ERP and EPM landscape, ensuring our platforms enable business growth, operational excellence, and informed decision-making. Combining strategic vision with hands-on leadership, you will oversee complex transformation initiatives while shaping the future Enterprise Systems roadmap.
We are particularly interested in candidates with experience of Oracle Fusion ERP and/or Oracle Fusion HCM, although strong experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) will also be considered. Exposure to commercial growth initiatives, go-to-market strategy, client-facing transformation programmes, or business development activities would be highly advantageous.
What will you be doing?
- Defining and delivering the Enterprise Systems strategy and roadmap, aligned to business objectives and future growth plans.
- Leading large-scale ERP and EPM transformation programmes, including upgrades, enhancements, integrations, and new platform capabilities.
- Overseeing the end-to-end delivery of complex projects, ensuring outcomes are achieved on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
- Establishing strong governance frameworks, including programme management, risk mitigation, compliance, and change control.
- Driving process optimisation and automation opportunities to improve efficiency, data quality, and user experience across the organisation.
- Ensuring the effective operation, maintenance, support, and continuous improvement of business-critical enterprise platforms.
- Partnering with senior stakeholders to understand business priorities, shape technology solutions, and drive organisational change.
- Providing regular performance reporting, insights, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership teams.
- Managing technology investment, budgets, and resource planning to maximise value and business outcomes.
- Leading relationships with third-party vendors and implementation partners, overseeing contracts, licensing, service levels, and commercial performance.
- Ensuring enterprise systems support robust financial management, forecasting, planning, reporting, and analytics capabilities.
- Building and leading high-performing teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
