About Uncovered

Uncovered is an award-winning, London-based social-first creative agency founded in 2017. Social sits at the heart of everything we do.

From strategy to production, our team is fluent in the language of social, with a deep understanding of culture, platforms and the audiences that shape them. Working with a diverse portfolio of brands, we uncover what makes each one distinctive and create ideas built for where attention lives today. Our approach is rooted in social-first fundamentals: real people, real stories and video-first creativity.

We create at the speed of social; strategising, ideating, designing and producing through our team of in-house strategists, creatives, art directors, copywriters, producers, editors and videographers. We test, learn and iterate in real time, delivering end-to-end solutions from creative strategy through to production, reporting and analytics.

Named Campaign's Social Media Agency of the Year in 2026, Uncovered has become one of the UK's fastest-growing creative agencies, driven by a simple ambition: to build the best social-first creative agency in the world. Today, as part of LBG Media, we combine independent creative thinking with unrivalled social insight and cultural influence to help brands create work that earns attention and drives meaningful impact.

Our culture is as important as our creative. We believe the best ideas come from diverse perspectives, collaborative thinking and an environment where people can do the best work of their careers. With women representing around 60% of our leadership team, we're committed to building an inclusive, ambitious culture where talent is nurtured, creativity thrives and everyone has the opportunity to make a difference.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
