Director of Infrastructure Solutions

Director of Infrastructure Solutions

Wimborne or Woking | Hybrid

Help shape the future of Biodiversity Net Gain across the UK's largest infrastructure projects.

Wild Capital is the UK's leading national developer of Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG) units and Nutrient Neutrality credits. As Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects (NSIPs) come into scope for BNG, we're looking for a commercially driven Director of Infrastructure Solutions to establish and grow our presence in this emerging market.

The Opportunity

This is a strategic business development role focused on winning major infrastructure opportunities.

You'll:

  • Build relationships with developers, promoters, Tier 1 contractors, engineering consultancies, and environmental advisers.
  • Identify opportunities from concept design and Development Consent Order (DCO) through planning and project delivery.
  • Understand how infrastructure projects evolve, recognising where opportunities arise.
  • Leverage commercial ability to convert relationships into long-term partnerships.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
