Insurance Director | Relocation Opportunity to Guernsey
Are you an experienced insurance leader looking for an opportunity to take the next step in your career while enjoying an exceptional quality of life?
We are seeking a commercially minded and strategically focused Insurance Director to join a senior leadership team. While this role is being advertised across England, the successful candidate will be based in Guernsey, with a relocation package available for the right individual.
This is a key leadership position responsible for shaping and delivering the organisation's insurance strategy, driving operational excellence, and supporting long-term, sustainable growth.
The Role:
- Lead the strategic direction and performance of the insurance function.
- Drive operational excellence and exceptional client outcomes.
- Identify and deliver growth opportunities across the business.
- Develop, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, market partners, and key stakeholders.
- Represent the business within the wider insurance market and at industry events.
- Ensure robust regulatory compliance, governance, and risk management standards.
