The UK Semiconductor Centre (UKSC) is an industry-led organisation whose remit is to strengthen the UK semiconductor industry and build upon its impressive international success to date.
With committed support from government, UKSC will have the time and resources to establish long-term initiatives that will supercharge the success of UK semiconductors over many years. This will positively impact the whole of the UK’s ‘deep tech’ ecosystem and economy.
IC Resources has been tasked with helping to establish the founding leadership team and one of these key hires is a Director of International Partnerships, whose role will be to build mutually beneficial relationships with international government agencies and private organisations throughout the global semiconductor community.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include
- Building and sustaining international partnerships across different parts of the industry
- Attracting foreign direct investment into the UK semiconductor sector.
- Representing the UKSC in international dialogues and forums.
- Providing strategic advice to UKSC leadership on global market and policy developments.
- Advising UK government departments on the international semiconductor landscape
Candidates who are interested in this position should have extensive international experience in technology, trade, or investment. You should have in-depth knowledge of the global semiconductor industry, its trends, and supply chains and also a strong track record in developing high-value international partnerships. This role will require significant international travel and some periods of time working abroad.

The UKSC will be based in Kings Cross, London and will offer a hybrid working model. A 4-day working week may also be an option.
