Role: Director of Leadership Development and Transformation
Advance HE is seeking to appoint a Director of Leadership Development and Transformation, to lead and enhance our leadership development portfolio. Reporting to the Chief Executive and serving as a member of the Executive Team, the new Director will engage deeply with the higher education sector and respond to the challenges facing senior leaders. They will shape and deliver high-impact leadership development programs and develop strategic partnerships that provide value to Advance HE’s members. The postholder will also personally deliver programs, lead senior-level consultancy projects, and contribute to the executive leadership of the organization.

Key Requirements
- Proven leader with expertise in leadership development and a deep understanding of the higher education sector.
- Strong commercial acumen.
- Credibility to engage senior leaders in the sector on complex strategic issues.
- Ability to convert the insights from and the needs of Advance HE’s members into deliverable and creative services and products.
- Collaborative and outward-looking with experience embedding inclusive approaches and building trusted partnerships in diverse international contexts.
