Director of Learning Science

You've owned an academic vision and delivered measurable outcomes. You've led teams with clarity and accountability, not from the sidelines. In learning science, you've moved beyond theory—you've implemented systems that work, generated proof, and presented results to audiences that matter. If that describes your track record, 2 Hour Learning is seeking its academic leader.

2 Hour Learning operates on a model where students achieve twice the learning velocity in two hours per day. The framework relies on AI-driven tutoring, mastery-based advancement, and a structural break from traditional classrooms. Outcomes validate the approach. We now need a leader to align execution across varied school contexts, elevate academic standards, and serve as the public authority for a movement anchored in evidence-based learning science.

This role is not theoretical. It is a leadership charge. You will direct academic strategy in operational terms, establish performance benchmarks, surface execution shortfalls, and develop high-caliber teams to produce tangible results. You will convert scientific principles into execution discipline and advocate for this model on the global stage.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Building academic frameworks that convert learning science into actionable direction for curriculum design, motivational architecture, and application development.
  • Conducting academic execution reviews with Heads of Academics to ensure school teams maintain alignment, accountability, and performance.
  • Analyzing data, conducting interviews, and observing operations to produce academic ecosystem assessments that isolate high-impact obstacles to accelerated learning and recommend concrete interventions.
  • Ensuring strategic coherence through planning cycles, feedback mechanisms, and milestone oversight to sustain focus on student learning objectives.
  • Serving as the principal representative of 2 Hour Learning in high-profile settings—keynote presentations, engagements with Ministries of Education—to influence global education paradigms.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
