At our core, we’re a software company. We’re proud of our product and even prouder of our people. Collaboration, openness, and input from across the business drive both our culture and our success. We keep things friendly and informal, but we’re serious about building something great together.

Something exciting is building and now we’re looking for a commercial, data-driven Director of Marketing to own and accelerate our demand generation, brand presence, and go-to-market strategy.

Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, you’ll step in as the senior marketing leader, leading a small team and operating as a player manager while building a high-performing function that fuels pipeline and revenue across the UK and US.

What You’ll Do

  • Build a scalable demand engine
  • Architect a modern, multi-channel B2B SaaS marketing strategy
  • Use the latest Marketing Tech to deliver personalized, efficient campaigns
  • Drive consistent, measurable pipeline and ensure seamless SDR and sales alignment
  • Own Brand & Storytelling
    • Give CMap a distinctive voice and a compelling market narrative that brings the brand to life for consulting and AEC audiences.
    • Craft a compelling company narrative that connects product value to customer outcomes
    • Bring brand storytelling to life across campaigns, content, and executive communications
  • Lead and Develop the Marketing Team
    • Act as a genuine people leader who raises the capability of the existing team and elevates how marketing is perceived across the business.
    • Coach and develop existing team members to build a stronger, more capable function over time
  • Amplify our content & social voice
    • Build a standout digital content presence for the brand and leadership
    • Create thought leadership, customer stories, and sector-specific insights
  • Grow customer marketing & advocacy
    • Build an engine for upsell, cross-sell, and customer-led growth
    • Launch advocacy programs, case studies, and retention-driving initiatives
  • Run marketing as a commercial function
    • Define funnel KPIs, measure impact, and optimize continuously
    • Ultimately own marketing’s contribution to pipeline and revenue

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
