Director of Marketing

Responsibilities

This role involves a dynamic mix of tasks, primarily centred around:

Team Leadership

  • Manage and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
  • Set clear goals and expectations.
  • Regularly evaluate team performance.
  • Recruit and onboard new team members.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with sales, product development, and other teams to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.

Campaign Management

  • Oversee planning and execution of marketing campaigns across channels such as:
    • Email marketing
    • Social media
    • Website campaigns (and others)

Strategic Planning

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.

Requirements

We’re seeking candidates who:

  • Have +10 years of work experience with outstanding performance in their industry.
  • Possess a relentless drive to excel in their field.

Office Location & Work Arrangement

  • Monday to Friday: In-person at headquarters (near Victoria Station).
