Director of Media Sales
DesignRush.com, a B2B Media Platform that drives brand discovery & growth, is seeking a Director of Media Sales. The site generates over 600,000 high-intent B2B visitors monthly seeking growth insights, tools, and partners. We are looking for a Director of Media Sales with an established network of contacts across the media industry and proven experience in media sales, with the ability to leverage those relationships to generate new business, build strategic partnerships, and deliver measurable results.
Key Goals:
- Set the strategy and own the results for brand exposure and media package sales
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing media sales team
- Position DesignRush as the go-to media partner for top brand decision-makers
- Sell media and exposure packages
- Retain and upsell relationships
This position offers a base salary and monthly bonuses. This is a consultative, full-time or part-time, remote work-from-home position.

As our clients are US-based, this position requires candidates who work up until 5 pm EST.
DesignRush is seeking to make IMMEDIATE hires.
Responsibilities:
- Own the full Brand sales cycle: prospecting, closing, relationship management
- Lead, coach, and manage the media sales team, setting targets and driving performance
- Sell contributor columns, PR campaigns, newsletters, podcast features, digital PR and social media exposure packages
- Identify and approach qualified brand decision-makers
- Build trusted partnerships with key clients, increasing retention and revenue over time
- Maintain pipeline activity in CRM
- Collaborate with marketing and Sales Ops team
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in media sales and a well-established network of industry contacts, with the ability to leverage relationships to drive business growth
- Strong leadership skills, with proven experience building, managing, and motivating a sales team
- Proactive, analytical, tech-savvy, and has a growth mindset
- Must have exceptional English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Has a strong drive to help customers and enhance their experience
- Experienced in working within cross-functional teams and is a true team player
- Excellent organizational skills with proficiency in CRMs (HubSpot)
- Able to work EST hours.
