Salary: circa £90,000 per annum.

The Opportunity
We’re seeking a Director of Membership Engagement to join our Senior Leadership team and lead RCOT’s work to strengthen membership support, engagement, accessibility to our services, and developing our events programme.

What You’ll Bring
You will bring senior leadership experience in membership engagement, communications and digital outputs with the ability to develop insight-led, creative and measurable approaches that build profile, influence stakeholders and strengthen member connection.

Contract: Full time, permanent
Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Location: Hybrid at our offices in London Bridge, SE1 and the ability to work from home in agreement with the CEO.
Interviews for the opportunity will be scheduled in-person for stage one on 7 August 2026, and virtually for stage two on 13 August 2026.
