Director of Memberships - Private Client Global Elite

Director of Memberships (# Private Client Global Elite)

About the Role

Private Client Global Elite is seeking a Director of Memberships to support the growth of its global membership network. This is a hands-on role within a small team, offering immediate responsibility for:

  • Managing member relationships
  • Driving membership growth
  • Supporting sponsorship sales activities

The ideal candidate will be a confident self-starter, comfortable building relationships with senior professionals, and identifying new business opportunities. While experience in private client, legal, or wealth management is beneficial, it is not essential.


Key Responsibilities

  • Grow the Private Client Global Elite membership through new member acquisition and account development
  • Manage and maintain relationships with an existing portfolio of members
  • Identify and pursue new membership opportunities via outreach, networking, and referrals
  • Conduct meetings and presentations with prospective and existing members
  • Support sponsorship sales across events and commercial activities
  • Attend industry events and represent the business professionally
  • Maintain accurate records and sales activities in Salesforce
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver an excellence-driven member experience

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Essential

  • Strong relationship management and communication skills
  • Confidence engaging with senior professionals and stakeholders
  • Proactive, self-motivated approach with initiative
  • Commercial awareness and interest in sales/business development
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
  • Willingness to travel for meetings/events
