About the Role
Private Client Global Elite is seeking a Director of Memberships to support the growth of its global membership network. This is a hands-on role within a small team, offering immediate responsibility for:
- Managing member relationships
- Driving membership growth
- Supporting sponsorship sales activities
The ideal candidate will be a confident self-starter, comfortable building relationships with senior professionals, and identifying new business opportunities. While experience in private client, legal, or wealth management is beneficial, it is not essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Grow the Private Client Global Elite membership through new member acquisition and account development
- Manage and maintain relationships with an existing portfolio of members
- Identify and pursue new membership opportunities via outreach, networking, and referrals
- Conduct meetings and presentations with prospective and existing members
- Support sponsorship sales across events and commercial activities
- Attend industry events and represent the business professionally
- Maintain accurate records and sales activities in Salesforce
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver an excellence-driven member experience
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Essential
- Strong relationship management and communication skills
- Confidence engaging with senior professionals and stakeholders
- Proactive, self-motivated approach with initiative
- Commercial awareness and interest in sales/business development
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
- Willingness to travel for meetings/events

Desirable
- Experience in membership, sales, business development, or account management
- Understanding of legal, private client, wealth management, or professional services
