Director - MNO Partnerships
Location: London | Hybrid Working
Salary: Up to £160,000 + 50% bonus
A rapidly growing infrastructure and connectivity business delivering large-scale wireless and digital infrastructure programmes across major metropolitan environments.
Operating across thousands of network locations and critical connectivity assets, the business partners with major telecoms providers, public sector organisations, and commercial stakeholders to deliver next-generation connectivity solutions at scale.
Backed by significant investment and entering an exciting growth phase, the organisation is now looking to strengthen its senior commercial leadership team with the appointment of a Director of Strategic Partnerships.
What You'll Be Doing
- Own and develop strategic relationships with major telecoms and infrastructure partners
- Drive long-term growth initiatives across network infrastructure and connectivity programmes
- Align commercial partnership strategy with infrastructure expansion opportunities
- Lead senior-level negotiations around contracts, partnerships, and commercial agreements
- Collaborate across public and private sector opportunities to unlock new growth channels
- Support large-scale connectivity and infrastructure programmes from strategic engagement through delivery alignment
- Identify opportunities for innovation, joint ventures, and strategic collaboration initiatives
- Work closely with operational account teams to ensure strong day-to-day partner engagement and commercial performance
- Support the development of scalable partnership frameworks as the business continues to grow

What They're Looking For
- Strong experience managing complex strategic partnerships within telecoms, infrastructure, connectivity, or related sectors
- Proven ability to build executive-level relationships with large enterprise or operator organisations
- Strong commercial and negotiation experience across large-scale agreements and partnerships
- Experience operating across infrastructure, networks, or technology-enabled environments
- Ability to work cross-functionally across commercial, operational, and delivery teams
- Strategic mindset combined with strong execution and stakeholder management capability
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
