Here’s how you’ll make a difference:

What You Will Achieve

  • Execute and scale AI-driven workflow automations (e.g., Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate) across Supply & Operations Excellence (S&OE) and External Supply.
  • Deliver business-operational support to Pfizer Center One (PC1) and External Supply (ES) Clusters, including:
    • Leading/orchestrating OE solutions (Continuous Improvement Loops, IMEx Deployments, Agile Transformations)
    • Collaborating on Lean/Six Sigma projects and complex investigations in alignment with ES/OE strategies
  • Enhance Global OE program strategy for External Supply, driving innovation and CI culture regionally and globally
  • Embed Operational Excellence practices into ES Clusters, PC1, and select Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs)

Key Focus Areas

  • AI-Powered CI – Drive impact through productivity tools like Microsoft Copilot Studio and automation.
  • Coaching & Mentorship – Develop Six Sigma capabilities through Train-the-Trainer methodology for Green/Black Belts.
  • Enterprise Strategy Collaboration – Define OE and findings to align with S&OE/ external supply strategies.
  • Potential Cross-Unit Initiatives – Eskandeer support for T5 projects and IMEx (Information Management & Exchange) improvements.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
