Director of Operations
Heat Pump Operations Director
We are currently partnering with a fast-growing renewable heating and energy services business to recruit an Operations Director to lead the next phase of operational growth and service delivery.
This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced operations professional who can drive performance across installation, commissioning, maintenance, and customer service functions while helping scale a business operating at the forefront of the UK's low-carbon heating transition. The company specialises in air source heat pumps, solar technologies, and renewable energy solutions for residential and light commercial markets.
The Role
Reporting directly to the senior leadership team, the Operations Director will take responsibility for the overall operational performance of the business.

- Oversee service operations, technical support functions, supply chain coordination, and customer delivery
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, profitably, and to the highest quality standards
This role will play a critical part in building scalable processes and operational infrastructure to support continued company growth.
The Candidate
We are seeking an experienced operational leader with a strong background in renewable energy.
Essential:
- Experience within the heat pump sector
- Experience working with developers, housing associations, or residential construction markets
- MCS accredited
- Experience of working for a growing business

- Salary £80,000 - £100,000 depending on experience
