Operations Director – FMCG Transport & Logistics Lincolnshire | Executive Salary + Bonus + Benefits
Are you an experienced Operations Director with a proven track record in FMCG transport and logistics?
We’re partnering with a well-established and growing logistics business to appoint an exceptional operational leader. This is a key senior leadership appointment with responsibility for:
- Leading operational strategy
- Developing high-performing teams
- Delivering outstanding service to major FMCG customers
Requirements
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Senior leadership experience within FMCG transport, logistics, or supply chain operations
- A proven ability to improve operational performance, efficiency, and profitability across complex transport operations
- Strong transport compliance knowledge, including:
- Operator Licence management
- Fleet management
- Experience leading large operational teams in fast-paced distribution environments
- Commercial acumen with the skills to build and maintain key customer relationships
- A collaborative, hands-on leadership style, coupled with a passion for continuous improvement
