Operations Director – Facilities Management
Location: UK (National)
Salary: Up to £140,000 basic + performance bonus + executive benefits
I'm partnering with a market-leading facilities management organisation to appoint an exceptional Operations Director to lead a significant UK portfolio.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business with an outstanding reputation, overseeing high-value client relationships, driving operational excellence, and leading large, multi-disciplinary teams across a national portfolio.

- Lead the operational delivery of a major FM portfolio across the UK.
- Drive commercial performance, operational efficiency, and service excellence.
- Develop and inspire high-performing regional leadership teams.
- Build and maintain strong executive-level client relationships.
- Deliver sustainable growth while ensuring compliance, safety, and quality standards.
We're looking for candidates who have:
- A proven track record in senior operational leadership within Facilities Management.
- Experience managing large-scale national or regional contracts.
- Strong commercial acumen with full P&L responsibility.
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- A passion for developing teams and delivering exceptional client outcomes.
