Operations Director – Facilities Management

Location: UK (National)
Salary: Up to £140,000 basic + performance bonus + executive benefits

I'm partnering with a market-leading facilities management organisation to appoint an exceptional Operations Director to lead a significant UK portfolio.

  • Lead the operational delivery of a major FM portfolio across the UK.
  • Drive commercial performance, operational efficiency, and service excellence.
  • Develop and inspire high-performing regional leadership teams.
  • Build and maintain strong executive-level client relationships.
  • Deliver sustainable growth while ensuring compliance, safety, and quality standards.

We're looking for candidates who have:

  • A proven track record in senior operational leadership within Facilities Management.
  • Experience managing large-scale national or regional contracts.
  • Strong commercial acumen with full P&L responsibility.
  • Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • A passion for developing teams and delivering exceptional client outcomes.
