About Eucalyptus

We're on a mission to make good health last a lifetime. More than 1 billion people live with obesity worldwide, driving preventable chronic conditions. We're here to build better long-term care.

Eucalyptus is now part of Hims & Hers, the global leader in personalised health and wellness.

Euc is the company behind Juniper, one of the world's largest weight-management programs combining GLP-1 medication with personalised nutrition, movement support, and clinician-led care from prescribers, nurses, health coaches, pharmacists, and dietitians. Our published clinical research shows that our combined clinical and behavioural approach helps patients lose significantly more weight during their treatment with Juniper by four times.

Our Growth Story

  • 130% YoY revenue growth and a 90% reduction in cash burn - culminating in our $1.15bn acquisition by Hims & Hers in 2026, giving us the platform to take long-term care global
  • Supported over 350k patients living with obesity across our 5 markets
  • Received selective NICE endorsement to provide services to the NHS
  • Tailored our offering to thousands of patients in Australia, the UK, Germany, Japan and Canada.

About The Role

We are looking for a Director of Operations to own the systems, structure, and governance that allow our supply chain and fulfilment operation to scale reliably as we grow into a more complex, multi-brand business under the Hims & Hers umbrella.

This is a high-ownership role sitting at the intersection of operations, supply chain, commercial delivery, and cross-functional execution. You will be responsible for making sure the operation works - not just today, but as we transition to the Hims & Hers brand, treat more conditions, and grow order volumes over the next few years.

You will report into the VP of Operations Assurance at Hims & Hers, leading a small but growing team.

What You'll Do

  • Strategy & Planning: define and own the annual supply chain strategy, OKRs, and volume forecasting, translating growth plans into resource, capex, and headcount.
  • Supply Chain & Procurement: manage end-to-end demand and supply planning, pharmaceutical and vendor relationships, and procurement governance across Rx and non-Rx categories.
  • Delivery & Patient Experience: own courier strategy, carrier SLA management, and the delivery experience function as a retention lever.
  • Cost & COGS: own fulfilment cost per order and shipping targets, identifying and delivering initiatives to reduce COGS and wastage across the operation.
  • Fulfilment Engineering & Systems: own the roadmap for fulfilment systems (PMR, WMS, ERP) across our pharmacy and warehouse operations, partnering with engineering to deliver and govern them reliably at scale.
  • Cross-functional Launches: lead supply chain input into new product and brand launches, coordinating across Commercial, Clinical, and Growth as we expand under Hims & Hers.
  • Team & Org Design: lead and grow a small team from day one, hiring key roles and building a high-accountability culture as the operation scales.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

About You

You are an experienced operations leader who thrives in high-growth environments where the pace is fast and the problems are genuinely complex. You know how to build structure without creating bureaucracy, and how to hold a high bar on execution without slowing the business down.

You are as comfortable in the weeds of a supply chain model or a fulfilment systems conversation as you are presenting a strategy to senior stakeholders. You are commercially sharp, operationally rigorous, and a natural cross-functional partner.

You are excited by the challenge of scaling an operation that is already moving quickly - bringing the systems, governance, and team capability needed to support a more complex, multi-brand business as Eucalyptus grows within the Hims & Hers portfolio.

  • 8–12 years of experience in supply chain, operations, or a related function, with at least 3–4 years in a director or head-of level role with a team behind you
  • Proven track record of owning end-to-end supply chain or fulfilment operations at scale - ideally in a high-growth, high-volume environment (e.g. e-commerce, health, consumer goods, mobility)
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage supplier and vendor relationships across complex, multi-category supply chains
  • Strong commercial acumen - able to own COGS targets, model cost initiatives, and communicate financial impact clearly
  • Experience working closely with product and engineering teams to define and deliver fulfilment system requirements & transformations (e.g. WMS, ERP, order management)
  • Experience leading cross-functional product and category launches from an operations perspective
  • Strong people leadership skills - able to hire, develop, and performance manage a growing team
  • Excellent stakeholder management - confident presenting to exec and SLT-level audiences and partnering across commercial, clinical, and finance functions
  • Based in London, with willingness to travel to Birmingham & Enfield on a regular basis
