You already run the room.
Now run the business.
The best operators we meet aren't job-hunting. They're already carrying a portfolio, already respected, already the person people escalate to. What they don't have is the seat that matches the weight they're already carrying.
If that's you, keep reading. This is the seat.
WHO WE ARE
Blue Gem operates some of London's most premium workspaces. We design, build and run beautiful, hospitality-led buildings where the UK's most discerning companies choose to work. Our standards are uncompromising. Our brand is built on detail. We are growing fast and we are hiring the person who will run the engine room of that growth — from the Board table.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Run the full portfolio. Own the P&L end to end. Mobilise new buildings. Sit on the Board and report directly to the CEO from day one. This is not a mentored path toward a future title. It is the title, the authority and the accountability — now. We are not looking for someone to keep the lights on. We are looking for the person who already thinks like an owner and is ready to be treated like one.
WHY THIS SEAT IS DIFFERENT
- Board authority from day one
- No waiting, no shadow period. You report directly to the CEO and sit alongside our Commercial Director and Financial Controller on the Board.
- The whole portfolio, not a slice of it
- Full P&L, revenue and budget ownership across every centre — the numbers are entirely yours to move.
- Real commercial control
- Pricing, yield, upsell, supplier negotiation — the commercial levers sit with you, not above you.
- Paid like the seat it is
- £85,000–£90,000 base plus a 50% company bonus — director-level reward for director-level ownership.
- The keys to every building
- Lead every new centre mobilisation across the portfolio end-to-end — fitout, snagging, launch, handover.
- Standards to be proud of
- We do not do mediocrity. Our clients are world-class. So is the product you'll be responsible for.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
