Operations Director
Location: Ringwood, Hampshire (Office-based)
Salary: £100,000+ package | £8,000 car allowance | Bonus | Private Medical Insurance | Company Pension Scheme

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Operations Director to join a growing, customer-focused organisation and play a key role in shaping the future delivery of high-quality services.
This is a senior leadership position with responsibility for driving operational excellence, improving customer outcomes, developing high-performing teams, and supporting strategic growth. Reporting into the Managing Director, you will be a key member of the leadership team, helping to define and deliver the organisation’s future direction.
You will lead a large, multi-site operational function, creating a culture built around accountability, engagement, continuous improvement, and exceptional service delivery.
The Opportunity
As Operations Director, you will:
- Lead and inspire a workforce of approximately 300 colleagues, including senior operational leaders and their teams.
- Drive a culture of customer excellence, ensuring residents receive outstanding service, value, and peace of mind.
- Develop and implement operational strategies that improve efficiency, quality, and colleague engagement.
- Oversee service delivery standards, ensuring strong governance, compliance, and health & safety across all operations.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives, using data, customer insight, and feedback to enhance performance.
- Manage complex budgets, ensuring financial discipline, transparency, and value for customers.
- Support business growth through the mobilisation of new services, developments, and innovative operational solutions.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, partners, and industry representatives.

About You
You will be an experienced senior operations leader with a proven track record of managing large, dispersed teams and delivering outstanding customer outcomes.
You will bring:
- Strong experience leading multi-site operational teams within a complex service environment.
- A passion for customer experience, service improvement, and colleague development.
- Demonstrable success in driving operational efficiency, transformation, and change programmes.
- Commercial and financial acumen, with experience managing significant budgets.
- The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on operational delivery.
- Strong influencing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive, resilient, and adaptable approach within a fast-paced environment.
