Previous experience in film, television, advertising, or gaming is essential.
THE COMPANY
Our client specializes in creating, managing, and distributing content across diverse platforms, working with international film studios, production companies, and streamers.
THE ROLE
In this role, you will provide strategic leadership for the delivery of localisation solutions and client engagement across a portfolio of major film studios, distributors, streaming platforms, and independent production companies.
Operating at a senior level, you will be accountable for operational efficiency and revenue growth objectives. You will be a key liaison between clients and internal teams, fostering strong, long-term commercial relationships.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the company's localisation strategy for all filmed content
- Drive continuous improvement in localisation workflows, technologies, quality standards, and delivery performance.
- Build, maintain, and grow strategic client relationships at a senior decision-maker level.
- Lead the Client Services team, establishing a culture of exceptional customer service and proactive account management.
- Identify opportunities to expand service offerings and increase account value.
- Support revenue growth through client retention, upselling, and strategic account development.
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing Client Services and Operations teams.
- Manage P&L, forecasting, and profitability targets.

THE PERSON
With significant experience within media localisation or post-production, you will have strong business development skills and contacts across the film, advertising, or gaming sectors. You will be skilled in managing senior client relationships, whilst having a deep understanding of post-production workflows and/or localisation platforms. A confident relationship builder, you will be commercially aware, strategic in your approach, and able to develop strong partnerships with clients and stakeholders.

You will have proven leadership experience in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to motivate and lead cross-functional teams. Knowledge of international content regulations, accessibility standards, and cultural adaptation practices is essential, alongside an awareness of emerging technologies, including AI-assisted localisation and media supply chain developments.
