Operations Director (Relocation to Dubai) – Luxury Hospitality
A leading international hospitality entity is seeking an experienced Operations Director to oversee a portfolio of world-class dining concepts across multiple international markets.
This is a strategic leadership opportunity for a highly accomplished hospitality professional with a proven track record of driving operational excellence, developing high-performing teams, and delivering exceptional guest experiences across luxury venues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership across a portfolio of luxury hospitality concepts, ensuring operational excellence and consistency.
- Drive business performance through effective financial management, budgeting, and commercial decision-making.
- Develop, mentor, and inspire senior operational leaders while fostering a culture of excellence.
- Ensure exceptional guest experience standards are maintained across all locations.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, implementing strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Work closely with executive leadership to support business growth and future expansion.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, brand standards, and all relevant health and safety regulations.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in a senior multi-site operations leadership role within luxury hospitality.
- Strong background overseeing high-end dining concepts or luxury hospitality operations.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and motivate high-performing teams.
- Commercially minded with strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and operational performance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organized with exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences and operational excellence.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
- Willingness to relocate to Dubai, UAE (relocation will be provided by the company).
