Operations Director
West Midlands Based c.£90,000-£110,000 + Bonus + Benefits
We are supporting a confidential search for an Operations Director within a complex manufacturing environment.
About the Role
This role will take full responsibility for a key value stream within an established manufacturing group, leading circa 100 employees across production, engineering, quality and supporting functions. With responsibility for operational performance, delivery, safety, quality, profitability and continuous improvement, you will play a critical role in the ongoing development of the business.

Requirements

- Experience of alloy-based manufacturing processes is essential.
- Proven track record of driving operational excellence.
- Proven track record of developing leadership capability.
- Proven track record of delivering sustainable business improvement.
