Director of People & Organisational Development
Permanent – 36 hours per week
Salary: £65k - £70k per annum
We have recently launched an ambitious three-year strategy that continues to put our students and apprentices at the heart of everything we do.
Central to achieving our vision are our people and to help drive the next stage of our journey, we are seeking an inspiring and experienced Director of People & Organisational Development to lead our people operations and help shape the future of our workforce.
Reporting directly to the Deputy Chief Executive and serving as a member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will lead the development and delivery of innovative HR and organisational development strategies that support our ambitions. You will play a pivotal role in creating a high-performing, agile and engaged culture, ensuring our people are empowered to deliver exceptional outcomes for our students, apprentices and our local communities.
We are looking for a strategic HR and OD leader with significant experience of operating at a senior level, ideally within a complex, multi-site and regulated environment. You will have a strong track record of delivering modern, effective people services and driving organisational change in line with best practice. An accomplished leader, you will be confident influencing senior stakeholders, building strong relationships and inspiring teams to achieve excellence.
