Director of Practice – Blenheim Veterinary Centre

About Blenheim Veterinary Centre
Our practice is a busy, well-established small animal centre supported by a team of:
- 6 Veterinary Surgeons
- 9 Registered Veterinary Nurses
- 6 Receptionists
With a diverse caseload and expertise across prevention, disease pathways, diagnosis, and treatment, our passion for animals includes dedicated work with Cats Protection to improve feline care.
We serve a loyal, long-standing client base with:
- Spacious, modern facilities, including five consultation rooms, in-house laboratory, operating theatre, separate kennels, cattery, and isolation wards
- Advanced on-site diagnostic equipment, including digital x-ray, dental x-ray, and ultrasound
- The beautiful market town of Ashbourne, a gateway to the Peak District with excellent transport links to Derby, Nottingham, Sheffield, Manchester, and Birmingham

How You’ll Make a Difference
As Director of Practice, you will lead the operational, commercial, and people performance of the centre, supporting outstanding sterile patient and client care.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct day-to-day operational management and report to the Area Director
- Oversee people management, financial performance, and local marketing
- Drive sustainable growth through financial forecasting, operational excellence, and strategic planning
- Foster a positive, high-performing culture with tailored support for colleagues
- Collaborate with clinical leadership to deliver exceptional customer outcomes
About You

Your Reward
£0 - up to £50,000 per annum (negotiable at DOE/DLT discretion)
