Business: Rapiscan Systems – Border & Inspection Products
Rapiscan Systems is seeking an experienced Director of Product Management to lead the strategy, growth and evolution of our Conventional X-ray product portfolio. This highly strategic leadership position will shape the future of globally deployed screening solutions used to protect borders, critical infrastructure, transportation hubs and government facilities worldwide.
This position requires a proven product management leader from the X-ray screening industry who understands customer requirements, competitive market dynamics and the technical challenges involved in developing industry-leading security inspection systems.
The Opportunity
You will take ownership of the product strategy, roadmap and lifecycle management of a well-established portfolio while driving innovation and identifying future market opportunities. Working closely with customers, engineering teams and commercial leaders globally, you will play a critical role in defining what comes next.

We're Particularly Interested In People From:
- Other X-ray inspection, security screening or detection technology organisations
What We're Looking For
- Extensive product management experience within X-ray security screening or inspection technologies
- Proven success developing product strategies and roadmaps that drive growth and profitability
- Strong product lifecycle management expertise, including new product introduction and portfolio optimisation
- Ability to influence internal stakeholders and external customers at senior levels
- Experience working across Engineering, Operations, Regulatory, Sales and Service functions
- Strong commercial mindset with experience supporting strategic opportunities and major customer programmes
- Experience leading global cross-functional teams in a complex technical environment
