Who are we?
RZR Global is an AI-driven company specializing in mobile advertising solutions designed to fuel revenue growth. We leverage AI to discover audiences in a privacy-first environment through trillions of contextual bidding signals and proprietary behavioral models. Our audience engagement platform includes creative strategy and execution. We handle 5 million mobile ad requests per second from over 10 billion devices, driving performance for both publishers and brands. We are headquartered in San Francisco, CA, with a global presence across the United States, EMEA, and APAC.
Role Overview
We are seeking a Director/Senior Director of Product Management to lead the strategy and execution for our DSP Platform,Connected TV (CTV) product line and new initiative . This role owns the foundations that make the DSP scalable and self-serve (campaign workflows, bidding/pacing primitives, reporting/measurement surfaces, APIs, experimentation), while also driving CTV-specific capabilities (supply integrations, deal mechanics, creative standards, measurement, brand safety, and performance).
You will operate at the intersection of engineering, data/ML, ad operations, supply partnerships, and revenue teams, translating market needs into platform bets and shipping roadmaps that improve scale, performance, reliability, and margin. The ideal candidate has deep programmatic advertising experience (especially CTV), strong platform product instincts, and a track record of building and leading high-performing PM teams.
What will you do?
Product Strategy & Roadmap (Platform + CTV)
Define and communicate a 12-24 month product vision for DSP Platform and CTV aligned with company OKRs (revenue growth, margin, scale, retention). Own the roadmap and prioritization across platform investments and CTV-specific capabilities (supply, deals, measurement, creative, policy). Build business cases for major initiatives and decide build vs buy vs partner.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Sprint Planning & Delivery Monitoring
Lead sprint planning and backlog grooming for Platform and CTV squads: define sprint goals, prioritize work, clarify scope, confirm capacity, and manage cross-team dependencies. Ensure stories are execution-ready with clear acceptance criteria, instrumentation requirements, rollout plans, and a shared Definition of Ready/Done. Monitor sprint delivery health using lightweight metrics (commit vs complete, velocity trends, cycle time, blocked work) and drive corrective actions (re-prioritization, scope management, escalation of blockers). Facilitate sprint reviews and retrospectives to improve predictability, quality, and team health; convert learnings into backlog actions and process improvements.
DSP Platform Ownership (Foundational Capabilities)
Drive improvements in campaign creation & management (self-serve UX, bulk tools, validations, rules). Own bidding & decisioning primitives (targeting, frequency, pacing, budget control, bid modifiers). Improve experimentation & measurement surfaces (A/B testing, lift frameworks, reporting truth sources). Evolve reporting & insights (near-real-time performance, diagnostics, alerting, finance reconciliation). Own APIs & integrations (advertiser/agency workflows, trafficking, data onboarding). Partner with engineering to set and maintain reliability, latency, and throughput SLOs for platform-critical systems.
CTV Product Leadership (Demand + Supply + Measurement)
Own end-to-end CTV buying experience: inventory access, deal support (PMP/PG), targeting, creative QA, brand safety, and measurement integrations. Partner with Supply/Partnerships and AdOps to expand CTV reach while protecting quality (fraud mitigation, allow/block controls, supply-path insights). Ensure compatibility and operational excellence across industry standards

Cross-Functional Leadership & GTM
Align Sales, CS, Solutions, and Marketing on packaging, positioning, and enablement for CTV and platform capabilities. Build a feedback loop with top customers/agency trading desks and use it to guide roadmap choices. Establish a strong operating cadence: roadmap reviews, launch readiness, post-launch adoption tracking, QBRs.
Team Leadership
Manage and mentor PMs (or build the team), ensuring clear ownership boundaries, high-quality PRDs, and success metrics. Raise the bar on product craft: discovery, validation, experimentation, metrics, and decision memos.
What are we looking for?
8+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years leading PMs (or equivalent leadership scope). Proven track record building platform products (APIs, core services, workflow systems) with measurable adoption and reliability outcomes. Strong programmatic advertising domain knowledge: DSP mechanics (auctions, pacing, frequency, targeting, optimization, reporting, measurement) and CTV specifics (supply dynamics, deal types, creative constraints, brand safety, fraud patterns). Ability to work deeply with engineering/data teams; comfort with event-driven systems, data pipelines, experimentation design, and performance metrics. Strong executive communication: crisp narratives, tradeoffs, stakeholder alignment, and decision making under ambiguity. Experience owning product outcomes tied to business goals (revenue, margin, retention, platform cost).
