Our clients rely on CEPRES to:

  • Manage, analyse, and benchmark their private market investments.

About the Role

We are hiring a Director of Product Management to own and drive the Portfolio Monitoring product area. This is a customer-facing leadership position, requiring deep engagement with sophisticated institutional clients—complex stakeholders with customisation, configuration, and integration needs.

Your focus:

  • Define the product vision and roadmap for portfolio monitoring.
  • Translate client needs into scalable, repeatable product capabilities.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering to deliver enterprise-winning solutions.

As the ideal candidate, you should have:

  • A B2B enterprise software background in private markets, alternative investments, or financial data.
  • Hands-on experience managing high-touch, custom solutions with white-glove engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Own the product vision, strategy, and 12-month roadmap for Portfolio Monitoring, aligning with CEPRES business objectives and market opportunities.
  • Participate in annual strategic planning alongside leadership, integrating market intelligence, competitive analysis, and technical feasibility.
  • Develop and maintain systematic market and competitive intelligence (not reliance on anecdotal sales feedback).
  • Inform roadmap prioritisation and strategy through structured assessment of client needs and competitor capabilities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
