Interim Director of Product
London, UK | (Hybrid, 2 days onsite)
Outside IR35 | 12 Month Contract | £850-£1000/day
We're hiring an Interim Director of Product for a globally recognised entertainment and attractions brand.
This is a pivotal role sitting at the heart of the digital guest experience - covering ticketing, e-commerce, mobile app and in-venue digital products used by millions of visitors each year. You'll lead the product strategy and roadmap across multiple consumer-facing platforms, working closely with Technology, Marketing and Commercial teams to make sure every digital touchpoint drives revenue and guest satisfaction.
As Interim Director of Product, you'll:
- Own the product strategy and roadmap across ticketing, e-commerce and guest-facing digital platforms
- Lead and develop a team of Product Managers, setting direction and raising delivery standards
- Partner with senior stakeholders across Commercial, Marketing and Technology to align product priorities with business goals
- Drive a data-informed approach to prioritisation, using guest insight and performance data to shape decisions
- Represent Product at leadership level, reporting progress and outcomes to senior stakeholders

What we're looking for in an Interim Director of Product:
- Proven experience leading Product functions within a consumer-facing, high-traffic digital business
- Track record of managing and developing Product Managers at scale
- Confident senior stakeholder manager, comfortable operating at leadership level
- Commercially minded, data-driven decision maker
- Available to start on short notice and hit the ground running in an interim capacity
