Head of Quality | International Manufacturing

Up to £100,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits

Ready to take ownership of Quality for a growing international manufacturer?

We are searching for a Head of Quality for a well-established international business that manufactures high-quality construction products.

This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced quality leader who enjoys making a real impact.

You'll take full ownership of the quality function, leading quality strategy across the business collaborating with department heads across Operations, Product Development, Manufacturing, Procurement and Supply Chain to drive continuous improvement.

This is a hands-on leadership role.

You'll be operating without a dedicated quality team, so we're looking for someone who thrives in an autonomous environment.

You'll be comfortable rolling up your sleeves, influencing stakeholders across the business and leading by example.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Develop and deliver the company's quality strategy.
  • Drive a culture of quality, accountability and continuous improvement across the business.
  • Act as the senior quality expert, ensuring products, processes and systems meet customer, regulatory and internal standards.
  • Lead and influence operational teams to achieve quality excellence.
  • Take full ownership of supplier quality across an international supply chain.
  • Develop supplier quality processes, KPIs, scorecards and performance metrics.
  • Conduct supplier audits, assessments and ongoing performance reviews.
  • Manage supplier non-conformances, root cause investigations and corrective actions.
  • Work closely with Purchasing & Supply Chain to improve supplier performance and reduce quality risks.
  • Support supplier selection, onboarding and long-term supplier development.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO standards while driving continuous improvement across manufacturing.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
