Lead, innovate, and make a real impact on drug development and global health. This role puts you at the centre of quality and compliance, overseeing QA teams, guiding regulatory strategy, and driving continuous improvement across the organization.
You’ll manage audits, ensure systems meet industry and regulatory standards, mentor staff, and collaborate with leadership and clients to deliver high-quality, compliant results.

What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 10+ years of industry experience, including supervisory or director-level experience
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and QA processes
- Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
