Director of Quality & Governance - Must be Nurse Qualified
Candidates must have held extensive experience in a quality-focused role.
Salary: 90,000 + £6,000 car allowance + 6% pension + PMI
Location: Hybrid working, South London
Compass Associates are delighted to be partnering with one of the UK’s leading neurological care providers. Together we are seeking to appoint a Director of Quality, a crucial Senior leadership appointment within the business. Current Quality Leads, Heads of Quality seeking a director-level appointment are encouraged to apply.
Reporting to the CEO, independent of Operations you will lead on all quality initiatives, implementing and embedding new quality systems and processes with a particular emphasis on supporting the organization's nurses to deliver the best quality of care. This post has one direct report, a clinical auditor. You will conduct a complete review of auditing processes and implement new governance processes where required, drive continuous improvement, oversee quality assurance and safeguarding, manage investigations, aiding the group's operations director. The role will be hybrid, consisting of 1 day from the group's London HQ where they will report to the board; 3 days on site and 1 day from home.

Essential Requirements
- Hold a valid NMC registration as an RGN / RMN / RNLD
- Previous experience within complex care (NEURO) would be a distinct advantage but is not essential
- Experience within a similar level role would be desirable
- Extensive experience within a quality capacity
