Head of Recruitment – USA Legal Market Oculus Legal Group Build and Lead a Growing US Legal Recruitment Division
Oculus Legal Group is seeking an experienced recruitment leader to take ownership of our USA Legal Recruitment Division as we continue our international expansion.
This role offers a rare opportunity to autonomously build a high-performing team whilst shaping the long-term direction of our US business.

Role Overview & Responsibilities
You will have full responsibility for the performance and growth of the US Legal division, with a high level of autonomy and support from senior leadership.
Initially, you will work closely with the leadership team in the UK, with a structured plan to grow the division to 4 or more consultants within 12 months.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading and expanding the USA Legal recruitment division Driving revenue growth Recruiting, onboarding, and developing recruitment consultants Managing performance, KPIs, and financial targets Maintaining senior-level client relationships across the US legal market Contributing to the wider US and international growth strategy of the business
Candidate Profile
We are looking for a commercially minded recruitment professional with leadership experience and a strong track record in legal recruitment.

You will have:
Experience as a legal recruiter A consistent history of billing success in the legal market in the UK or US Experience mentoring or managing recruiters A structured, KPI-driven approach to performance Strong relationship-building skills with clients and candidates An interest in building and scaling a team over time
