Director of Reservations – Five-Star Caribbean Location

Location: Caribbean

Frontier Recruitment is partnering with a luxury five-star resort in the Caribbean to recruit an experienced Director of Reservations.

We're looking for a commercially minded hospitality professional who understands that the guest experience begins long before arrival. This is an exciting opportunity to lead reservations strategy while working closely with operations, revenue and sales to maximize performance.

What you'll be doing:

  • Leading the Reservations department and overall distribution strategy
  • Working closely with Revenue Management and Sales to maximize revenue opportunities
  • Managing and developing a high-performing reservations team
  • Overseeing reservation processes and guest communications
  • Driving operational efficiency while delivering exceptional guest service
  • Collaborating across departments to enhance the overall guest journey

What we're looking for:

  • Currently working as a Director of Reservations, Assistant Director of Reservations, Reservations Manager, Revenue Manager or Front Office Manager within a luxury hotel or resort environment
  • Minimum eight years' experience within luxury hospitality
  • Strong commercial awareness with an understanding of revenue management
  • Experience working within multicultural teams
  • Knowledge of Opera Cloud, Duetto and TravelClick would be highly advantageous
  • Experience within luxury resorts, residences or villa products is an asset
  • Resort or island experience preferred
