Company Overview

Since launching Revive Collagen in August 2020, we have defined the collagen category in the UK, pioneering a unique, ready-to-drink collagen formula that makes daily beauty routines effortless and effective. In just four years, we have sold over 30 million units in the UK alone, cementing our position as the market leader in ingestible collagen and earning the trust of hundreds of thousands of loyal customers.

We offer a premium, market-leading collagen drink designed to restore and enhance collagen levels from within. Our products are stocked in leading retailers including Boots, Holland & Barrett, Harrods, Selfridges and Sephora, alongside an expanding international retail footprint. Along the way, we have won more than 26 industry awards and were named Best New Business in the UK by Lloyds Banking Group.

Backed by one of the UK's most influential media personalities, Amanda Holden, alongside globally renowned Mel B as our Global Brand Ambassador, Revive Collagen is entering an exciting new phase of growth.

With distribution now exceeding 10,000+ doors, we are looking for an exceptional Retail Sales Director to help accelerate our next stage of growth.

The Role

We're searching for an ambitious and commercially driven Retail Sales Director to lead Revive Collagen's retail sales strategy across the UK and selected international markets. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving profitable growth through both existing and new retail partnerships.

You will own our retail sales strategy, develop and strengthen relationships with major national retailers, protect and expand distribution, and lead annual commercial planning with our retail partners. Working closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Ecommerce and Product Development, you will ensure flawless execution across every retail channel.

This is a fast-paced, founder-led entrepreneurial environment requiring an individual who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. This role will play a key role in shaping the future growth of one of the UK's fastest-growing wellness brands.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
