About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Director of Revenue Operations to lead and scale our global RevOps function. This role will own the optimisation of our revenue engine across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, ensuring alignment, efficiency, and predictable growth.
The ideal candidate brings deep experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and/or has worked within a Dynamics 365 partner ecosystem or the PropTech industry, alongside proven success operating across multiple international markets.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Operations Strategy & Leadership
- Define and execute a global RevOps strategy that drives revenue growth, operational efficiency, and scalability.
- Align Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success around shared KPIs, processes, and performance frameworks.
- Act as a strategic advisor to the CRO/CEO and senior leadership team.
Systems & Technology (Dynamics 365 CE Focus)
- Own and optimise the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE ecosystem (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing).
- Drive CRM strategy, governance, adoption, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure accurate data capture, reporting integrity, and system scalability.

Global Process Optimisation
- Design and standardise end-to-end revenue processes (lead-to-cash, pipeline management, forecasting, renewals) across regions.
- Implement best practices while balancing regional nuances in EMEA, APAC, and/or Americas.
- Drive operational consistency while enabling local flexibility.
Data, Insights & Forecasting
- Establish robust forecasting models, pipeline visibility, and revenue analytics.
- Deliver actionable insights to improve conversion rates, sales velocity, and customer lifecycle value.
- Build and manage dashboards and reporting for executive stakeholders.
Commercial Enablement
- Partner with Sales Leadership to enhance go-to-market effectiveness.
- Improve territory planning, quota setting, and compensation models.
- Support deal structuring and pricing strategies (especially relevant in SaaS, Dynamics implementations, or PropTech solutions).
Team Leadership & Scaling
- Build and lead a high-performing global RevOps team.
- Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Finance, and Delivery teams.
Key Requirements
Experience
- Proven track record in a RevOps leadership role (Head/Director level).
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (CRM).
- Background in one or more of the following:
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 partner / SI / consultancy.
- SaaS or technology business (ideally selling ERP/CRM platforms).
- PropTech / real estate technology environment.
- Global exposure:
- Experience operating across multiple geographies (e.g., EMEA, US, APAC).
- Strong understanding of regional sales motions, compliance, and operational differences.
Skills & Competencies
- Strategic thinker with strong execution capability.
- Deep understanding of revenue operations frameworks and SaaS metrics (ARR, CAC, LTV, pipeline coverage).
- Advanced CRM and data analytics expertise.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, with the ability to influence at the C-suite level.
- Strong leadership and team-building experience.
- Commercial mindset with the ability to connect operations to revenue growth outcomes.

Desirable Qualifications
- Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 / Power Platform.
- Experience implementing or scaling Dynamics 365 CE globally.
- Familiarity with PropTech ecosystems (property management systems, leasing platforms, asset management tools).
- Experience with BI tools (Power BI preferred), automation platforms, and modern RevOps tech stacks.
