At Ideagen, ambitious growth targets need equally ambitious planning. As Revenue Planning Lead, you'll be responsible for translating our ARR objectives into actionable pipeline requirements, territory strategies, quota models, and capacity plans.
By bringing together insights from Sales, Revenue Operations, and Finance, you'll ensure leaders have the visibility and confidence they need to make informed decisions and stay ahead of future opportunities.
This is a role for someone who enjoys solving complex commercial challenges, balancing strategic thinking with analytical rigour, and helping a high-growth SaaS business turn ambitious targets into achievable commercial plans.
Responsibilities
- You'll own the planning processes that translate Ideagen's revenue ambitions into executable commercial plans.
- From pipeline modelling and target setting through to territory design, quota methodology, and capacity planning, you'll ensure the business has a clear view of what it will take to achieve its growth objectives.
- You'll work closely with Sales, Revenue Operations, and Finance to align assumptions, challenge thinking, and provide the insight needed to support effective commercial decision-making.
- You'll also work with our Commissions Manager, ensuring incentive plans remain aligned to business priorities and are governed effectively.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Skills And Experience
- You'll bring experience from Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Commercial Finance, or a similar planning role within a B2B SaaS environment.
- You know how to turn ambitious targets into credible plans and are comfortable working with the data, assumptions, and challenges that come with it.
- Analytical and commercially minded, you're able to cut through complexity, challenge constructively, and bring clarity to decision-making.
- You build strong relationships across teams and are comfortable influencing senior stakeholders when the numbers tell a different story.
Experience with territory design, quota setting, capacity planning, or Salesforce reporting would be valuable, but just as important is your ability to bring structure, insight, and pragmatic thinking to a fast-moving business.
