Overview
Motorsport Network is the world’s largest independent motorsport and automotive media company, connecting more than 42 million fans every month through brands including Autosport, Motorsport.com, Motor1, and InsideEVs.
At a time of transformation and growth in global motorsport and media, we’re redefining how racing stories are told, blending Autosport’s 75-year legacy of trusted journalism with data, digital innovation, and storytelling technology.
The Director of Sales Programmatic will be tasked with driving programmatic revenue for Motorsport Network. This role is responsible for creating new relationships with DSPs, Agency PBUs (Programmatic Buying Units), and brand teams in the UK and EU markets. This is a commercial role, not an ad operations position. The successful candidate will combine programmatic expertise with strong commercial relationships with media buyers. This is an opportunity to join a global programmatic business at a company with scale, substantial brand equity, and a uniquely passionate audience. The Programmatic Account Executive will play a key role on the Commercial team to help Motorsport Network monetize its platforms.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
