Help Shape the Future of Education Publishing
SR2 is proud to be partnering with a global EdTech organisation that's helping many of the world's leading education publishers, universities, and learning providers transform the way digital education is delivered.
For more than 25 years, our client has developed innovative technology solutions that power digital learning platforms, assessment, accessibility, AI-enabled learning, and content transformation for organisations across the globe.
As investment in digital publishing, AI, and accessibility continues to accelerate, they're looking to appoint a commercial leader to drive growth across the UK and European publishing markets.
This opportunity is ideal for an established Sales Director, but we're equally keen to hear from ambitious Sales Managers or Heads of Sales who are ready to take the next step into a Director-level position. What matters most is your experience within education publishing or EdTech and your ability to build trusted enterprise relationships.
The Opportunity
This is a senior individual contributor role offering significant autonomy and strategic influence.
You'll take ownership of a dedicated portfolio of publisher accounts across the UK and Europe, identifying new opportunities while developing existing strategic relationships.
Working closely with international presales, product, and delivery teams, you'll lead complex consultative sales engagements from initial discovery through to commercial negotiation and contract award.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
