Your Career
As Software Director for our Finance product, you'll lead one of MHR’s most strategically important technology investments: the creation and launch of our next-generation Finance platform. This is a rare opportunity to shape a greenfield SaaS product that will expand MHR’s portfolio, unlock new revenue opportunities, and strengthen our position in the market.
Working as a key member of the technology leadership team, you'll define and execute the engineering strategy for the platform, ensuring it is secure, scalable, resilient, and built to support long-term growth. Partnering closely with the CTO, Product, and senior stakeholders, you'll balance commercial objectives with technical excellence, driving innovation while ensuring predictable, high-quality delivery. Your leadership will help transform a strategic business vision into a market-leading product that delivers measurable value for customers and the organisation alike.

Your Team
You'll build, lead, and develop a high-performing engineering organisation capable of delivering a world-class SaaS platform at scale. Through strong leadership and clear direction, you'll create a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across both in-house and outsourced teams.
Working across Engineering, Product, Security, Compliance, and the wider business, you'll ensure teams are aligned around common goals, customer outcomes, and delivery priorities. You'll establish the structures, processes, and technical standards needed to accelerate delivery, improve quality, and enable the organisation to scale effectively as the Finance platform grows.
Your Impact
Your impact will extend far beyond software delivery. You'll play a critical role in bringing MHR's Finance platform to market, creating a new growth engine for the business and helping shape the future of our product portfolio.
By defining a clear technical vision, building a high-performing engineering organisation, and delivering a secure, scalable, and commercially successful platform, you'll drive customer adoption, support revenue growth, and strengthen MHR's competitive position. You'll influence technology strategy at both a product and organisational level, helping MHR innovate faster, operate more efficiently, and deliver greater value to customers. Ultimately, your leadership will leave a lasting legacy across our technology function and contribute directly to the long-term success of the business.
